Digitize a card

During a card digitization (enrollment) session, Thales requests that the TSP creates a token.

Typical token provisioning flow during card digitization.

If an end user digitizes the same card multiple times, card details may only be present in the first token creation request.

After that, the TSP may need to create new tokens using a shared card identifier (cardRefId) rather than PAN data.
