CTF is a Visa proprietary framework that aims to enhance security and trust in the e-commerce ecosystem.
This is achieved by adding new APIs in VTS that a merchant or Token requestor can use to send specific requests to the Issuer.
In particular, CTF adds the following features:
Device binding.
Cardholder verification.
CTF applies only to Card-on-file (COF) digital cards.
