Improvements

• Update Mastercard device-binding flows to send flowId in D1 SDK calls.

• Improve error mapping for Visa and Mastercard card-on-file (COF) payment network errors.

  • Return HTTP 400 when the error originates from the payment network.

• Update default mcServiceId values returned in Sandbox for Mastercard SCOF onboarding.
