Eliminación de token iniciada por un comerciante o PSP

Paso	Descripción
1	El comerciante o PSP envía una solicitud de eliminación al backend de Thales con el `tokenId`.
2	El backend de Thales informa al TSP de la red de pago correspondiente sobre la actualización del estado del token.
3	El TSP de la red de pago actualiza el estado del token e informa al Emisor.
