## Flow diagram

<figure><img src="/files/5YmZOpc3P7pN93fkXZYj" alt=""><figcaption><p>Kiosk instant issuance flow</p></figcaption></figure>

1. The end user requests a card in the branch.
2. The issuer backend sends a Produce physical card request to the D1 backend (Physical issuance API) with `distributionChannel` set to `INSTANT` and `persoStation` set to the perso station ID of the branch.
3. The D1 backend prepares the production data.
4. The D1 backend sends the production data to the Thales Instant Issuance Agent running on the perso station environment.
5. The Thales Instant Issuance Agent produces the card and returns the production status to the D1 backend.
6. The D1 backend notifies the issuer backend using Notify card operations (Card API).

Example (key parameters only):

```json
{
  "distributionChannel": "INSTANT",
  "persoStation": "KIOSK-PS-101"
}
```
