# Communication Channel

## Communication Channel Between a Remote Host and the Cloud TSP

The communication channel is specific to each project and must establish a secure channel (see Connectivity Requirements).

The messages exchanged through this interface are based on the ISO 8583 norm. Using this norm, the message content formats and length vary according to the message exchanged.

This document provides a description of these messages (message structure and the data elements contained in these messages).
