# Onboarding

The **Issuer** sets up its own certificate in the **TSH portal**. This lets Thales send encrypted sensitive data.

Use the following process:

This table summarizes the assets exchanged through the TSH portal for TLS connection setup:

| ASSET | DESCRIPTION |
| -------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| TSH\_PKCS7\_CERTIFICATE | This is the certificate the issuer must use in order to encrypt sensitive data to Thales |
| ISSUER\_PKCS7\_CERTIFICATE | This is the certificate Thales use in order to encrypt sensitive data to Issuer |
