* カードIDが既に存在し、かつステータスがSUCCESSFULまたはPENDINGのproduce操作がある場合、重複を避けるためにproduce操作は許可されません
* カードIDが既に存在し、かつステータスがFAILEDのproduce操作がある場合、produce操作は再度許可されます
* 顧客が再度パーソ（perso）を要求する場合、次のようになります
  * 同じカードIDでの更新（リニューアル）は、この場合90日経過後にのみ可能です
  * 新しいカードIDでの交換（リプレースメント）は、この場合、最短で翌日でも可能です
